Is There An Accreditation System To Show You Are A Social Firm?
In 2005 and 2006 Social Firms UK mapped the Social Firms sector. This has given us a very good understanding of the businesses that are being developed to provide employment for disabled people (including those with mental health needs) and the issues they are facing. At the end of 2006 Social Firm UK widened it its focus from disability to severely disadvantaged people. So if you are a firm set up to provide employment for severely disadvantaged people we’d love to hear from you. For more information see our 'Quality Mark' page. |
