They employ four disabled people out of a total of five full-time employees.  Over 95% of Electroville's income comes from trading income.

Chief Executive, Colin Harrison explains how Electroville has become so successful: “The service we provide is honest, open and sound advice. We understand the restraints on budgets and funding that our voluntary sector customers have, and work with them to help them take control of their own IT systems. We have a strong brand representing competence, trustworthiness and value-for-money. We also have a very proactive marketing policy.”
